MARK E. RITCHIE, PH.D.

CarbonSolve's primary shareholder is Mark E. Ritchie, Ph.D., founder and CEO of Soils for the Future LLC, a US-based for-profit company in Syracuse, New York. Mark is also the author of VM0032 1, the Verra Methodology used to advance soil carbon projects by CarbonSolve. Mark is also a Professor at Syracuse University and has published predictive models in the peer-reviewed literature 2, 3 used to implement VM0032. As a tenured Professor, Mark is able to devote more than 50% of his time to research and outreach projects such as the KRCP.
